Soooooo . . .
Claire has decided that no Christmas season would be complete without a stay at the "Scottish Ritz." (That's Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite for all you uncultured folk who don't appreciate the virtues of a $2000 / night hospital room.)
She spent Tuesday night in the ER being treated for dehydration, congestion, and a UTI and was back again yesterday after she continued to refuse food and drink.
We don't know how long we'll be here: The plan is to get her "tanked up" with IV fluids, work with respiratory therapists to aggressively treat her congestion, and give her antibiotics for her UTI.
Let's hope it's a short stay!
