I am saddened to share that one of Claire's little friends, Caleb, passed away last week.
I came to know Caleb and his mom, April, through the blog she keeps for Caleb. Though we have never met in person, April and Caleb have been a great source of inspiration to me over the past year.
Caleb's bright little spirit always shines through in his mom's posts, and his bravery and quiet patience in the face of many medical procedures serves as a constant reminder to me of my own need for patience and strength in difficult times.
Caleb, though your life was short, your impact on others has been immeasurable. You will be missed.
I have been thinking about that dear family and I hurt for them.
