Just a quick update: Claire had an ENT appointment this morning to discuss interventions that may improve her hearing. As you may recall from this post, Claire suffers from hearing loss and cannot hear low-pitched sounds or mid-range tones.
At her appointment today, the ENT re-tested Claire and confirmed that she struggles to hear sounds on the lower end of the range. He recommended placing tubes in her ears, but he would like to wait 3 months and then test again before doing anything invasive.
